Phil Button
Phil is a Chartered Certified Accountant who has worked with Terry Brookes for many years.  Phil set up Brookes & Company Property as a sister company to the Brookes Accountancy practice.  Phil has built a strong relationship network with developers, operators, banks and legal practices across the Caribbean and the Bahamas.
 
Terry Brookes

Terry is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 30 years experience in financial management.  He set up the Brookes & Company accountancy practice in 1986 out of which the property company evolved.  Terry always gives clear, unbiased, objective information on the implications and ramifications of any overseas property purchase.

 
Richard Johnson
Richard has many years experience in overseas property investment.  He moved back to England from Spain in 2005 to work for Brookes & Company.  His experience working with off-plan developers in both the residential and resort property sectors has been invaluable, and he is an astute judge of the investment potential of any overseas property development.

Heather Petts

Heather has over 20 years of management experience making her ideally placed to lead a customer-focussed team within Brookes.  Her role is to ensure that the clients enjoy a comprehensive support service throughout the whole of the purchasing process and beyond.  Heather has extensive knowledge of the Caribbean and is a regular visitor, looking at the detail of the contracts for our projects, & negotiating improvements to them for the benefits of our clients.

 
Tanya Everest-Ring

Tanya started her career working in Audit, but soon moved into marketing, specialising in project development and strategic planning.  She has worked for a number of multinational companies, managing the marketing strategy for countries as diverse as Canada, Italy and Australia.  Her experience of providing customers with good value products has been valuable in helping improve the discounts and benefits that Brookes achieves for its clients.

 
Ashley Foakes

Ashley’s background was in sales and marketing within the golf and leisure industry.  He has built strong relationships with the Brookes client base, and is committed to providing good information in a clear, structured way so that potential investors are able to make well-informed decisions about their investment strategy.  His approach is simple and focussed, ensuring that clients are kept up to date on developments that suit their own specific requirements and preferences.

Anita Taylor

Anita joined Brookes in mid 2006, working first within the Administration team and them moving over to join the sales team.  She provides support to both Richard and Daniel.   Her background is in the legal and insurance industries.

 
Barbara Byott

Barbara works very closely with Brookes clients who make purchases on any of our recommendations.  She guides them through the process with advice and help on contract issues, applying for an overseas mortgage, and working with legal advisors.  Her aim is to make what can be a very daunting process as stress-free and simple as possible.  Many clients can testify to her achieving this for them.

 
Karen Stevens

Karen works in the Administration team under Barbara, helping with the detail of the purchasing process.  She also keeps clients updated as to the progress of previous projects, and is the key contact for clients looking to build at Colonial Harbour in the Bahamas.

Cheryl Kay
Cheryl has 27 years experience in the banking industry working in a variety of customer service roles. She joined Brookes in early May 2006 to bring more focus to managing each clients portfolio.
 
Julie Grace

Julie joined Brookes in July 2006 and is responsible for organising the day-to-day running of the office, working with the sales and marketing team on presentation and events, and running our specialist tax advice diary schedule.  She previously worked in the City for a property management company.

Hayley works in the sales team, working closely with Ashley.  She previously worked within the Administration team providing support to clients going through the purchasing process.

Margaret Hurst

Margaret works in the Administration team under Barbara Byott, setting up foreign bank accounts for clients and helping them with their mortgage applications.  She is also involved in the general day-to-day project administration, and is a very competent proof-reader, providing this valuable service to Marketing.
