
For each project we recommend we hold a series of presentations where we outline the details of the opportunity, explain the investment process, and present the figures on the costs of buying and selling, as well as the expected returns.
These are held either in the marketing suite on the top floor of our head office in Maldon, Essex, or in our London office at number 1 Cornhill in the City.
In Maldon we have a large presentation facility for up to 40 people and a smaller facility for groups of up to 6. In London, we are able to present to up to 16 at a time.
Group presentations are a good opportunity to meet the Brookes Property team and find out more about the company. It also enables clients to meet other investors and hear their views and queries too – and find out what they think of Brookes! You also have the opportunity to talk to a Chartered Certified Accountant or an Independent Financial Advisor whilst at these events if you would like more information on the tax or funding implications of an investment.
We are also more than happy to run private presentations in either London or Maldon for clients as this often gives you the opportunity to ask more questions as the presentation progresses.
All our presentations last around 40 minutes with refreshments provided, and we give you a hard copy and other information including frequently asked questions on the project to take away with you.
